Atromak supplies complete meat processing line to produce different meat products such as meatball, hamburger, sausage etc. We also provide separate meat processing equipment like Fresh and Frozen Meat Grinders, Meat Mixers, Meat Cutters, Vacuum Meat Cutters, Frozen Meat Break Up Machines, Automatic Filling Machines, Hamburger Forming Machines and Automatic Furnaces.


FRESH & FROZEN MEAT GRINDER
Meat Grinder machine is used for sausage, hotdog production and particularly for grinding the meat which was shocked at -15C°, -25 C°.

  • Separates bones of chicken, turkey and fish thanks to the custom designed separator system.
  • With the blade system of the EU standard frozen meat grinders.
  • Nerve separator system is optional.
  • Entirely made of 304 quality stainless steel.
  • With a double spiral for fresh and frozen meat.
  • With a reservoir with 250 liter capacity.

Meat Grinder machine simplifies fresh and frozen meat grinding for users with its double cycled engine. First cycle is for frozen meat grinding, second cycle is for fresh meat grinding.


MIXER
Meat mixing machine is used for sausage, döner, meatball production. Thanks to the nested pallets inside the reservoir the product, spice and other substances can be mixed homogeneously. The product is ideally thickened in max. 10-15 minutes. Vacuuming, heating and cooling system can be added for bigger capacities.

CUTTER
It is used for sujuk, döner, meatball production and in all meat processing sectors. Thanks to the nested pallets inside the reservoir the product, spice and other substances can be mixed homogeneously. The product is ideally thickened in max. 10-15 minutes. Vacuuming, heating and cooling system can be added for bigger capacities.

VACUUM CUTTER

Vacuum Cutting machine is used in sausage, hotdog and meat processing sectors. With the blades available in the reservoir, the product can be mixed with spice or other substances homogeneously. The product is thickened in maximum 10-15 minutes. Vacuum system can be added to the bigger capacities on demand. The bodies and trays of all models are made of 304 quality stainless chrome. Optional double cycled or speed control device (with frequency converter) can be produced.

  • The models with frequency converter can produce emission.

  • Inner and outer temperature can be traced from the screen.

FROZEN MEAT BREAK UP MACHINE
Frozen meat breaking up machine is used for sausage, hotdog, döner, meatball production and in the meat processing sector particularly for chopping the meat cubes sized 250 x 250 x 200 mm, which were shocked at 25C° into pieces of 50 x 50 x 30 mm. The blades can be changed upon demand. They can chop the meat without harming.

AUTOMATIC FILLER
Automatic meat products filling machine is used for sujuk, sausage and hotdog filling operations. Automatic loading is possible for the bigger capacities. Determination of the grams is a palletized system and there are 6 pallets. European vacuum system makes it possible to prevent air accumulation within the product and to fill the product completely. Moreover it can be used to fill the products such as döner, canned food etc.

HAMBURGER FORMING MACHINE
Meatball production or hamburger forming machine entirely made of 304 stainless steel. Working with a hydraulic and pneumatic system, the machine is making 15 strokes/min and produces 1800 pieces of hamburger and 6300 Turkish Type meatball per hour.

AUTOMATIC FURNACE
Meat Heat Treatment Furnace is used for sujuk, sausage and smoked fish production. Depending on the requirement, it cooks, boils, broils and smokes.

The heating system can be produced as electrical, with steam and burner (natural gas or diesel) on demand. It is fully automatic and easy to use with the electronic touch-screen monitor. Meat heat treatment oven has a thermometer; it can read and convey wet, dry and humid temperatures automatically.

Printer output is available for quality control of the product. Climatic system can optionally be added.

  • Easy and simple to use; easy to clean.
  • The sequence of actions can be selected by following from the Process Flow Scheme.
  • Two options: open and closed tunnels are available.
  • For the open tunneled furnaces input and output can be made from separate doors; while for the closed tunnels the load and unload can be made from a single door.
