Straightener Feeder Machines

We produce straightener feeder machines for the press feeding systems. Nearly all coil handling lines include servo feeder equipment. During the decoiling (uncoiling) process the coil material is not flat. So we need the straightener machine in order to straighten the steel material. Straightener machine is doing it via several rollers driven by hydraulic or pneumatic system. Feeder machine helps to feed the steel to the press of rollfoming line.

Alternatively to combined straightener feder machine, we can also provide separate Straightener and Servo Feeder machines. Straightener Servo feeders are appropriate for the sheet width from 300 mm to 2000 mm. Sheet thickness capacity can be between 0.3 mm to 6 mm.
