Tomato paste production process consists several steps, which starts with the washing system. Other machines of the line are the sorting system, crushing equipment, pre-heater and pulping system. Further, tomato paste production line continues with the vacuum concentration system and sterilizing unit. The final stage of the line is aseptic filling system. The production capacity can be between 150 to 1.500 tons of tomato paste per day.
In the meantime, the line is suitable for processing of other vegetables, as well. Same line can process garden bean, asparagus, broccoli, taro, string bean, young soy bean, sweet corn, strawberry, cherry, mulberry, apple dice, onion, mushroom, pumpkin dice, spinach, bean sprout and other fruit and vegetable products. The line can adjust blanching time and temperature of vegetables, automatically. The conveying speed is also adjustable, to achieve an optimal treatment effect of various vegetables.
Tomato paste production line usually ends with the filling unit. The filling unit can fill the tomato paste into the cans or the bottles. However, in some factories, the producers prefer to fill the paste into the big drums.
